We did it! Construction at Jane's Place is coming to a conclusion and we are preparing to welcome our first tenants beginning January 2026. To commemorate this community milestone, you are invited to join the CHA for a ribbon cutting ceremony celebrating this unique collaboration.

Parking on Day of Event: Parking is limited. Please park at Marvin Park (baseball fields) just east of Jane's Place.
You are invited to join CHA for a tour and ribbon cutting ceremony celebrating this unique collaboration that integrates public and philanthropic support to provide affordable apartments, supportive spaces, a nonprofit hub, and a neighborhood café in Chaffee County.

Event Schedule
2:30 - 3:00 PM Tour of Jane’s Place
CHA staff and partners will provide a guided tour highlighting the vision and impact of Jane’s Place. The tour will include a walk through of the Jane’s Place Apartments, Molly House, Achieve Coffee Shop, and the Nonprofit Hub.
