The Chaffee Housing Authority owns and manages its own rental properties as well as partners with other properties as property manager. These properties are available principally to income qualified Chaffee County residents.  

If you are unfamiliar with income restricted rentals, they establish a maximum rent allowed as well as require qualifying income. Use this tool as a guide to assess your household income and rule of thumb for paying 30% of your household income towards rents.
