CITY OF SALIDA INCLUSIONARY HOUSING PROGRAM
CHA administers the City of Salida's Inclusionary Housing (IH) Program. All IH homes require meeting requirements as a "qualified buyer" for income and assets, source of income earned in Chaffee County, residency, etc. You can learn more about qualification requirements in the CHA Guidelines below.
