The Chaffee Housing Authority owns and manages its own rental properties as well as partners with other properties as property manager. These properties are available principally to income qualified community members.  

If you are unfamiliar with income restricted rentals, they establish a maximum rent allowed as well as a maximum qualifying threshold for an applicant income. An applicant can still qualify if their income is equal to or under the maximum threshold, but not over.
